PAYOUT - FACEBOOK META $725 MILLION CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CHECK...?

If you filed a claim and submitted it before the August 25, 2023 deadline - you should have received a Litigation Approval email from the settlement administrator dated 9/12/2025 - this is when I received my approval email.

The litigation approval email is only for those who filed a claim and had their claim approved as part of the settlement. Keep in mind that the distribution process is still active over the next 10 weeks.

Search your email under "Facebook User" Privacy Settlement and check your spam folder.

It's not a lot of money, but it's still your money!
