The lawsuit alleges that the labeling on Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream mislead consumers into thinking the ice cream contained “vanilla flavor from the vanilla plant and not from non-vanilla plant sources. Breyers disputed these allegations and deny any wrongdoing.

If Valid Claims exceeds Settlement Amount after all fees are paid, they will be reduced on a pro rata basis.
