The lawsuit alleges that the labeling on Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream mislead consumers into thinking the ice cream contained “vanilla flavor from the vanilla plant and not from non-vanilla plant sources. Breyers disputed these allegations and deny any wrongdoing.

Payouts: You are a Class member if you purchased Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (any size) from April 21, 2016, through August 14, 2024. Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form by the deadline are eligible for payments as indicated in the posting above...
