Hello Arkansans! There's a free dental clinic happening today (4/13/2024) right now in Conway, Arkansas. It started on Friday, April 12th and runs through today - April 13th. Here's a summary of the event:
- Event: Arkansas Mission of Mercy (ArMOM) Free Dental Clinic
- Dates: Friday, April 12th - Saturday, April 13th, 2024
- Location: Conway Expo Center (2505 E. Oak St.)
- Time: 6 am - until 3-4 pm (depending on whether patients are waiting in line)
- Services: Cleanings, fillings, and extractions (all free of charge)
This clinic is provided to underserved Arkansans, including those with no dental insurance or those who cannot afford it. No appointments are needed, and patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

I arrived at 6:20 am on Saturday, April 13, 2024 and the parking lot at the Expo was full. There were approx. 800 cars on site and 2 long lines. The arrival line was for making an appointment. The 2nd line was for those with appointments waiting for a chair to open. We were told upon arrival that Cleanings and Fillings appointments were closed, and the only appointments available were Extractions.
